Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our solar EPC sales efforts in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy sales, with a passion for promoting solar solutions and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar projects.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy market, including utility-scale, commercial, and residential projects.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

· Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in the solar EPC space.

· Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing product offerings and capabilities.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals in collaboration with technical and legal teams.

· Monitor industry developments, regulations, and market competition to adapt strategies accordingly.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using ERP / CRM software.

· Provide regular reports to senior management regarding sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

· Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.

· Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, specifically within the renewable energy or solar sector.

· Strong understanding of solar technologies, systems, and project lifecycle in the EPC domain.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.

· Proficiency in ERP/CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
