We're hiring our first growth marketer to launch Yo in India's design community.
The perfect candidate for us is a jugaad marketer at heart: someone who can make great things happen with limited resources. You'll own the India launch from day one: no playbook, no big budgets, just creativity and hustle.
About Floto
At Floto, we're on an ambitious mission to build the Operating System for Feedback.
Our first product, Yo, is an AI-powered Figma plugin that brings user feedback directly into designers' workflows. We deliver instant user insights on designs — no leaving Figma, no waiting for interviews, no guessing. We launched recently and designers are already using us to cut their feedback loops from days to minutes.
What you'll do
This isn't about running paid ads. It's a genuine 0-1 creative marketing opportunity.
You will wear as many hats as you need to:
- Seed adoption in design communities — infiltrate design clubs, Slack/Discord channels, college design fests, and meetups
- Create shareable content — memes, short-form posts, collabs with design influencers, anything that spreads organically
- Run scrappy experiments — micro-stunts, guerrilla campaigns, partnership hacks
- Talk to users constantly — understand what works, feed insights back to the product team
- Build our India playbook — you're first, so you set the strategy and tone
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, community building, or early-stage startup roles
- Proof you can launch things from scratch — show us a product, campaign, community, or project you took from zero to traction with limited resources
- Built distribution channels — organic social, communities, partnerships
- Self-starter mentality — you don't wait for direction, you figure it out and move fast
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building playbooks, not following them
You're probably a strong fit if you've:
- Launched or grown an early-stage product (B2C, B2B, or side project) and can show measurable results
- Created viral or high-engagement content (posts, videos, memes) that drove real action
- Understand how to reach niche communities and get early adopters to care
Bonus points:
- You use Figma and understand the design/product world
- You've launched products to India's design community or deeply understand how designers discover and adopt tools
- You're comfortable creating quick visual assets or writing copy yourself
- You are based in or near Bengaluru or open to relocating, given we are building our core engineering and design hub there
