**About the Role**:
**We are looking at someone who can hit the ground running immediately**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute **growth strategies** to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.- Leverage growth loops, referral programs, and SEO hacks to maximize organic acquisition.- Build grassroots marketing efforts, leveraging online communities, influencers, and user-generated content.- Run **A/B tests, experiments, and conversion rate optimization**initiatives to improve key metrics.-
- Leverage **automation tools** to enhance personalization and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging growth hacking techniques.

**Requirements**:
**4+ years of experience** in growth marketing, product growth, or a related role in a **SaaS** environment.- Hands-on experience with **growth hacking tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), and marketing automation tools**.- Strong knowledge of **A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user segmentation**.- Experience with **SEO, paid media, content marketing, and performance marketing**.**Deep understanding of digital culture, internet trends, and virality mechanics.**- Experience in **social media, content marketing, and community-building.**- Ability to **execute quickly, iterate fast, and pivot based on data.**- Familiarity with **SQL, Python, or data visualization tools** is a plus.- Experience working in **cross-functional teams** (Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales).
