Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary (from
Pharma / Food / Breweries and Distillery Background
) to manage the secretarial and compliance
functions for only Listed Companies background.
The ideal candidate must have at least 15 years of experience handling corporate secretarial responsibilities and a strong understanding of listing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008.
Manage board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes recording, and follow-ups.
Handle statutory filings and regulatory reporting with MCA, SEBI, stock exchanges, and other authorities.
Ensure compliance with listing requirements and coordinate with stock exchanges.
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and corporate policies.
Assist in drafting and reviewing various agreements, resolutions, and legal documents.
Liaise with
external regulators, legal advisors, auditors, and stakeholders.Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on governance matters.
Key Requirements:
Q
ualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership in ICSI.Minimum
15 years of relevant experie
nce in corporate secretarial functions.Strong knowledge of Company Law, LLP Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, and other applicable corporate laws.
Experience handling compliance for listed companies is a must.
Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure regulatory timelines are met.
- Budget 35 LPA Max.
Notice Period - To join before 30th September to be eligible for Appraisal.
Must be willing for a face to face meeting
Must be willing to work in a 6 days work environment.
