Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary with 3+year experience, located in Gurugram. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies, NBFC, legal requirements, maintaining corporate records, and preparing relevant reports. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, keeping records of all board decisions, advising the board on corporate governance matters, and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves managing compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, liaising with external regulators and advisers, and ensuring that the company adheres to proper standards of corporate governance.
Qualifications
- Corporate Governance, Legal Compliance, and Regulatory Knowledge skills
- Record Keeping and Report Preparation skills
- Board Meeting Organization and Agenda Preparation skills
- Stakeholder Communication and Liaison skills
