Academic Counsellor/ Business Development Executive

As an Academic Counsellor/ Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in guiding learners while also driving enrollments and revenue growth — blending empathy with business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners to understand their career goals and recommend the right programs.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions cycle from lead conversion to successful enrollment.
- Drive revenue targets by achieving weekly/monthly enrollment goals.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to nurture leads and close admissions.
- Build strong relationships with learners by addressing queries related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and placement teams to align sales strategies with student needs.
- Maintain records of learner interactions and provide insights to optimise conversions.
