Job Overview

We are looking for a
Psychometrician
with a strong foundation in psychometric theory and statistical analysis to lead the design, validation, and continuous improvement of assessments. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest levels of reliability and validity for our testing instruments across educational and occupational contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop psychometrically sound assessments tailored to diverse testing needs.
  • Conduct statistical analyses to assess the reliability, validity, and fairness of assessment tools.
  • Interpret test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in psychometric methodologies and integrate innovations into our assessment systems.
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of testing materials and procedures.
  • Work closely with development teams, product managers, and subject matter experts to align testing solutions with project objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Ph.D. in Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.

·      5–8 years of experience in psychometric assessment development and analysis.

·       Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS, R, or similar.

·      Strong understanding of test design, validation, and standardization.

·      Ability to interpret statistical data and present insights clearly.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Experience in improving assessments through data-driven methods.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Continued education or certifications in psychometrics or measurement science.
  • Experience working with item response theory (IRT), classical test theory (CTT), or computer-based testing platforms.
