Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical
Strategy Consultant
to partner with clients in the insurance sector. The role involves driving strategic initiatives, conducting market research, and delivering actionable insights to enhance client growth, efficiency, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of insurance market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and strategic objectives within the insurance sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations focusing on growth strategies, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on strategic initiatives and implementation plans.
  • Support project execution through project management and analytical support.
  • Monitor emerging trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the insurance industry to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Strategy Consultant or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Expertise in strategic frameworks and methodologies (e.g., SWOT, market segmentation, competitive analysis).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the insurance domain.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as InsurTech, AI, GenAI, and data analytics and their implications for the industry.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
