Job Role: Leasing Executive (Fresher) Location: Mumbai Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers Welcome) About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and smart Leasing Executive who can help us identify brands and companies for leasing spaces in malls and commercial properties. If you enjoy talking to people, exploring brands, and have an interest in marketing or retail, this role is perfect for you. Job Responsibilities: -Research and identify potential brands/companies for leasing. -Contact brands through calls, emails, and social media to pitch available spaces. -Build relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and business owners. -Coordinate property visits, meetings, and discussions between clients and mall teams. -Maintain data of leads, calls, follow-ups, and responses. -Support the team during negotiations and deal closures. -Stay updated on retail, food, fashion, and lifestyle brands entering the market. Who Can Apply: -Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience. -Graduates from Marketing, Branding, Retail, Mass Communication, or Business background. -Someone who enjoys talking, networking, and exploring brands. -Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Skills: -Communication & presentation -Basic understanding of marketing/branding -Research & data management -Confidence in speaking with clients -Interest in retail and brand trends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹2,186,994.03 per year
