Market Research

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand market dynamics and build a comprehensive GTM for the commercialization of the new-age assets


Leasing

  • Responsible for achieving leasing targets
  • Conduct detailed research on the industry and specific targets business operations
  • Develop a compelling pitch covering all relevant facets of the customers business, including but not limited to operational cost savings and resilience. Pitch will be backed by detailed analysis
  • Support the leasing team with data requests, bespoke pitch collateral, documentation and other aspects of transaction process


Design

  • Work closely with the design team to solve for specific customer use-cases
  • Provide critical inputs to the design team on overall operations of the building
  • Develop a comprehensive plan covering critical aspects such as circulations (people, vehicle, goods), parking, security, dock usage, etc.


Technology

  • Work closely with the Facilities Management (FM) team to design the operations of the building
  • Play a central role in building the technology architecture of the digital systems involved in operating the building
  • Overseeing the technology deployment for the project
  • Develop portfolio of solutions for EV Charging, MHE service stations, Training centre


Marketing

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute a well thought-out marketing strategy for the project
  • Develop collateral such as white-papers, provide critical input on other collaterals such as brochures, videos, and FAQs


Educational Requirement and Work Experience

 Education Requirements: Post-Graduation degree from a top-tier institution.


 Years of experience: 8+ years of consulting experience, strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and ownership, proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
