Admin and Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the department.
- Coordinate with academic and non-academic teams for smooth execution of activities.
- Assist in organizing institutional events, meetings, workshops, and academic activities.
- Liaise with internal departments, faculty, and students to ensure timely support.
- Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of office documents and assets.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare, maintain, and update institutional records, reports, and data as per requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of student files, faculty files, and administrative records.
- Assist in compiling reports for management, accreditation bodies, and audits.
- Maintain digital and physical documentation systems in line with compliance and confidentiality standards.
- Support the admissions and examination cell with documentation and data management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
