We are hiring ML Intern who will specialize in training, fine-tuning, and performance-optimizing both LLMs and traditional Machine Learning models. This role focuses on model-improvement and experimentation role.

This is a specialized role for those who enjoy experimentation, model tuning, and pushing AI systems to deliver better real-world results.

What You Will Do


• Fine-tune LLMs and domain-specific models using curated datasets


• Train custom models to improve accuracy, contextual understanding, and response quality


• Optimize model performance (latency, hallucination reduction, safety tuning, etc.)


• Evaluate outputs, run benchmarks, and iterate for continuous improvement


• Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to align model behavior to use-cases


• Build and maintain datasets required for model training & evaluation

What We're Looking For


• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, Transformers, embeddings, and LLM architecture


• Hands-on experience with HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar tools


• Experience working on academic/side projects involving model training or fine-tuning


• Ability to experiment, test, validate, and iterate on model behavior


• Passion for applied AI and improving real-world model performance
