Key Responsibilities


• Develop and optimize AI/ML algorithms for real-world applications.


• Test and validate code developed by previous developers to ensure performance and reliability.


• Maintain and enhance existing codebases, ensuring seamless cloud deployment and functionality.


• Identify, debug, and fix issues in existing AI/ML models and scripts.


• Migrate legacy code to modern frameworks and architectures as needed.


• Collaborate with the core development team to improve code efficiency and scalability.


• Prepare technical documentation for code, models, and project workflows.


• Create and deliver technical presentations to communicate progress, results, and insights effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Strong knowledge of Python programming and data structures.


• Understanding of core computing algorithms and software engineering fundamentals.


• Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.


• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) for model deployment.
• Good grasp of version control systems (e.g., Git/GitHub).


• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal in English.


• Strong documentation and presentation abilities.


• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications


• Prior experience with AI/ML projects, academic or professional.


• Familiarity with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance tuning.


• Interest in continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and frameworks.
