Job Description – Estate Manager (Residential High-Rise)

Payroll: 1-Year Contract under Third Party – Wisecor Services Pvt. Ltd.

Job Overview

We are hiring Estate Managers for three premium residential high-rise locations – Thane, Mira Road, and Jogeshwari. The role requires strong expertise in facility management, customer relations, technical/soft services supervision, and the ability to deliver a seamless luxury living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for residents regarding complaints, grievances, and service requests.
  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste management, and MEP services (DG sets, lifts, HVAC, STP, WTP).
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, statutory regulations, and preventive maintenance plans (PPM).
  • Manage AMCs, vendor contracts, and service providers across technical and soft services.
  • Prepare and present Daily Service Reports (DSR) and Monthly Management Reports (MMR).
  • Monitor budgets, optimize operational costs, and manage collections.
  • Conduct meetings with residents, RWAs, committees, vendors, and project teams.
  • Oversee handover to societies post-formation with proper documentation and defect-free systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Facility Management, or Business Administration.
  • Additional certifications in Property/Facility Management, MEP, or Soft Services preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in estate/facility management for premium residential complexes or hospitality properties.
  • Strong expertise in customer service, complaint handling, vendor management, and technical maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
