Job Title: Sales Executive - Land Sales

Location: BKC / Dadar, Mumbai

About the Role

We are seeking energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our Land Sales team. The role focuses on selling residential and commercial plots through both virtual and direct channels. If you have prior experience in land sales, real estate, or virtual sales, or are highly motivated to build a career in land sales, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of land/plot projects via virtual presentations, calls, and client meetings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Travel Pan India for lead generation through CP.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in land sales, plot sales, real estate, or virtual sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and effectively manage client objections.
  • Willingness to travel Pan India for CP activities.
  • Freshers with strong interest in real estate and land sales will also be considered.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 1-4 years of sales experience (real estate/land/virtual sales) is desirable.
