One of Our Client is Seeking motivated & results driven Sales Manager - Individual contributor for building relation with clients & closing sales
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to sales agents in closing deals and resolving client issues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales performance.
- Oversee the marketing and advertising of properties, ensuring effective promotion and lead generation.
- Resolve escalated client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends.
Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- In depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid real estate experience will be great
