One of Our Client is Seeking motivated & results driven Sales Manager - Individual contributor for building relation with clients & closing sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the team's knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales agents in closing deals and resolving client issues.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales performance.
  • Oversee the marketing and advertising of properties, ensuring effective promotion and lead generation.
  • Resolve escalated client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • In depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid real estate experience will be great
