Role & responsibilities

  • Access clearance
  • The request for access clearance to collect all the information required to ask for access clearance (Laptop number, HDD number or any device seeking permission).
  • Managing entry/Exit of personals along with laptops.
  • Management of monitoring and following files: Technical datas: technical reports, waivers demand, or any reports
  • Official communication with the customer: Letters, Fax, emails, from and to the customer.
  • Maintaining inventory records of spares, coordinating with Teams for maintenance activities and coordinating with logistic support.
  • Management of missionaries
  • Allocation of cars and drivers, Booking of hotels, Management of mobile phones.
  • Catering management: The management of the catering (daily order to the local provider, transportation of the catering)
  • General Office management: presence sheets, stationaries, pantry.
  • Point of contact for IT service
  • Address the needs, requests and problems to the IT Team

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Commerce
