Job Title Project Engineer - Automation and Door Automation Location Karwar Department Senior Project Management Engineering Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Engineer with expertise in Automation and Door Automation systems The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience managing complex automation projects with a strong focus on door automation solutions This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams ensure timely project delivery and maintain excellent client relationships Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion ensuring the timely delivery of automation and door automation projects Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets Team Leadership Coordination Lead mentor and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams engineering technical installation and operations to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently Client Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact for clients stakeholders and internal teams Regularly update clients on project progress and any potential risks or changes Risk Management Identify potential project risks technical financial or resource-related and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution Quality Compliance Ensure all project deliverables meet company quality standards and comply with industry regulations safety requirements and best practices in automation and door automation Budget Cost Control Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints Track expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation including design specifications change orders progress reports and completion records Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements lessons learned and best practices to enhance future project execution Key Requirements Experience 3 to 7 years of experience in project management specifically in automation or door automation systems Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical Automation or related fields PMP Project Management Professional certification is a plus Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of automation systems door automation technologies controls and integration solutions Experience with PLCs SCADA systems sensors and safety protocols is preferred Project Management Skills Proven experience in managing complex projects with a strong ability to prioritize allocate resources and manage deadlines effectively Leadership Communication Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams foster collaboration and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem-Solving Ability to address project issues proactively identify root causes and implement timely solutions Software Skills Proficiency in project management tools MS Project Primavera etc and knowledge of automation design software e g AutoCAD PLC programming tools Desirable Skills Familiarity with international standards and certifications related to automation and door automation Knowledge of installation and commissioning processes Previous experience with project delivery for commercial residential or industrial projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Experience Automation Industry 2 years Required Door Roof Automation 2 years Required Work Location In person
