Job SummaryWe are looking for a project coordinator to manage our various projects. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs. Supervising and managing project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design, planning, and execution of programmes and projects from start to finish.
- Ensure that projects are aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
- Develop work plans, timelines, and activity schedules for programme delivery.
- Participated in documentation, awareness campaigns, and community
mobilization.
- Identify project challenges and work with the team to propose solutions.
- Conducted field surveys related to Education , Healthcare & Women empowerment.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with field teams and other project teams.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, MSW.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project coordination preferably in an NGO.
