Job Description – Project Coordinator

Location: Mayapuri, Delhi

Department: Software

Reports To: Project Manager / Department Head

About the Role We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our software development projects. The role involves assisting project managers in planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources.  Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes).  Track deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.  Facilitate communication between developers, QA, designers, and clients.  Prepare and share weekly project status updates.  Identify risks/issues and escalate to the Project Manager.  Organize and manage internal and client meetings.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science/Business or related field.

 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or software project management.

 Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (Jira).

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).

Preferred

 Agile/Scrum/Project Management certification.
