Job Title: Project Coordinator – Bulk Material Conveying Systems

Location: New Delhi, India

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and coordination of bulk material conveying projects. The role involves assisting with scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and communication between field teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling using MS Projects.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and updates with site teams.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain documentation.
  • Track site expenses, inventory, and material flow.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Support the Project Manager in budget and payment tracking.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or site support (preferred).

  • Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site (New Delhi)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
