Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads and explain EdyunayWorld's language training programs.
- Counsel and guide learners on course benefits, structure, fees, and placement opportunities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information.
- Build strong rapport with potential learners to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Coordinate with the sales team and managers to ensure smooth admission processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- L1-L2 Grade 6months -1 year experience; L3 Grade 1-2 years in telesales/telemarketing/inside sales (EdTech, training, or similar background preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi mandatory, additional languages a plus).
- Ability to handle objections and close sales over phone.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Education:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (Any stream).
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: For L1-L2 Grade₹13,000 – 15,000 For L3 -L4 ₹18,000 -23,000 per month (based on experience).
