As we scale aggressively across online marketplaces, we're looking for a smart, data driven, analytical Key Account Manager who lives and breathes Amazon & Flipkart.
If you're someone who loves solving operational challenges, planning inventory like a pro, cracking Amazon deals, and scaling marketplace revenues—this role is for you.
Role: Key Account Manager – Marketplace Operations (Amazon + Flipkart)
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Operations
Lead end-to-end inventory management for Amazon & Flipkart.
Handle FBA & FBF inventory planning, replenishment cycles, forecasting & safety stock.
Manage Amazon Flex, ensuring seamless local delivery availability.
Monitor inventory ageing, inbound shipments, stranded stock & reconciliation.
Growth & Performance
Drive monthly revenue targets and marketplace growth.
Plan & execute Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Day / BBD participation, and category promotions.
Optimize product visibility, Buy Box %, conversion & pricing strategy.
Strengthen account health, compliance & operational KPIs.
Cataloging & Content
Manage catalog creation, listing optimization, variations and A+ content.
Ensure data accuracy, keyword-rich listings & high-quality creatives.
Coordinate with internal design & content teams for regular improvements.
Reporting & Insights
Manage weekly dashboards for growth metrics, sales, inventory, deals, and category trends.
Analyze competitor data & marketplace analytics to identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and/or Flipkart.
Strong understanding of FBA/FBF operations, Flex, Deals, Cataloging & Category growth.
Comfortable with Excel, data interpretation & marketplace tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.
FMCG/D2C experience is a big plus.
