What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers to ship high-quality, scalable features.
  • Architect and develop end-to-end applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Work closely with product, design, and AI engineers to bring student-first features to life.
  • Contribute to Python-based services (AI/ML APIs, backend workflows) and integrate them with the stack.
  • Review code, set best practices, and raise the bar for engineering quality.
  • Help build our cloud-native, production-ready systems (CI/CD, monitoring, scaling, security).
  • Stay curious, experiment with new frameworks/tech, and push the boundaries of what's possible.
  • Thrive in a startup environment where challenges come fast and growth is real.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of full-stack engineering experience, with deep skills in MERN stack.
  • Strong hands-on with for modern frontends (SSR/SSG).
  • Solid backend chops in , Express, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Python for backend integrations or AI-driven workflows.
  • Strong database knowledge (MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Prior team leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Someone who's highly motivated, thrives under pressure, and wants to be part of a challenging, fast-paced startup.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations, vector databases, or RAG pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, Redis, real-time streaming.
  • Previous experience in EdTech or B2C platforms.
