**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop a structured curriculum for MERN stack training programs.
- Create engaging and hands-on learning materials, including presentations, exercises, and projects.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps to educate participants on MERN stack development best practices.
- Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of key concepts, tools, and techniques.
- **Hands-On Guidance**:

- Offer personalized guidance to participants through coding exercises and projects.
- Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and address challenges faced by learners during the training.
- **Technical Support**:

- Assist participants in troubleshooting technical issues and debugging code.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to help learners overcome obstacles.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Stay current with industry trends and updates related to the MERN stack.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest technologies and best practices.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate participants' progress through assessments and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team, instructors, and other stakeholders to enhance training programs.
- Share insights and collaborate on improvements to the overall learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a MERN stack developer with in-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator in a professional setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Familiarity with modern web development tools and best practices.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying abreast of industry advancements.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

**Salary**: ₹8,821.16 - ₹20,000.00 per month
