Job Title: Development Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Lead to take charge of the design, development, and optimization of our next-generation AI-integrated social networking application. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MERN stack and backend performance architecture, with strong leadership skills to guide a technical team from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee full-cycle development of the social network application.
  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems.
  • Integrate AI and real-time data pipelines for intelligent user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product design, UI/UX, and system integration.
  • Optimize backend architecture, performance, caching, and data flows, Redis, Elastic Search etc
  • Manage code reviews, deployments, and performance tuning.
  • Mentor intern developers and ensure code quality and best practices.

Required Skills

  • MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , )
  • Elastic Search, Redis for scalable search and caching.
  • WebSocket to connect the app and real-time system design.
  • Strong understanding of backend speed optimization and architecture design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in software or web application development.
  • Proven ability to lead, organize, and prioritize development tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML model integration or API-driven AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
