Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication of CEO

  • Coordinate projects, manage deadlines, and track progress to ensure timely completion within deadlines

  • Manage, Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, teams and activities in multiple locations

  • Prepare reports for top management

  • Handle Management tasks

  • Handle and manage emails

  • Handle administrative functions

  • Submit Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly MIS

  • Communicate with employees and clients as per instruction

  • Maintenance of admin records and trackers
