We are looking for a professional and friendlyl Office Assistant to manage reception duties and provide administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
· Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Maintain office records, files, and supplies.
· Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
· Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and travel arrangements.
· Support basic documentation and office tasks.
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
· Pleasant personality with organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
