
Executive Assistant/Office Manager

We are looking for a female responsible Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact to the internal/external clients,
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Checking reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system,
Laisioning and visiting with different Departments and correspondence.
Looking for new opportunities for business growth.
Requirements:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures,
English proficiency,
Organizational management skills,
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload,
Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
Should have good convincing skills and deliver responsibilities.
Confidentiality.
Collecting and checking all reports, Handling official emails.
Candidate should be smart, Presentable and Ready to travel within North-East.
Candidate should have Decision taking power & leadership quality.
Note: salary negotiable, based on skills and performance.
