Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook continental dishes according to hotel standards.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained consistently.
  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Coordinate with Sous Chef and kitchen team for smooth operations.
  • Monitor station inventory and assist in daily mise-en-place.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
  • Support buffet setups, banquets, and à la carte service as required.

  • Skills & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 CTC per month
