Understand the organization as a whole, be proactive and support managers and the HR team in creating a
best place to work
• Offer HR guidance to managers and individuals in areas including talent management, development, and
retention; career planning; succession planning; employee relations, organizational design and
effectiveness, total rewards, staffing/headcount planning and more
•
• Be an advisor to employees and management regarding company policies, employee performance,
culture/work environment and other issues; resolve conflicts effectively while minimizing legal exposure.
• Remain current on HR practices along with applicable federal and local legislation and regulations and
ensure compliance across your client groups
• Handle inquiries related to policies, procedures, employee relations, total rewards, etc.
• Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment
allegations, work complaints, or other concerns.
• Participate in investigation procedures and collects data to support internal and external complaints and other
employment-related issues.
• Ensure consistent application of guidelines on employment-related processes.
• Provides effective application and interpretation of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Partner with the COE in the HR team to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and
engagement.
