Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning our HR strategy with business objectives, providing strategic HR support to senior management, and driving organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead and execute HR initiatives such as talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
Collaborate with HR Operations teams (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation & benefits) to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
Lead and facilitate training sessions on various HR topics including diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and leadership development.
Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to management.
Stay current with HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and proactively address emerging issues. Coach and mentor HR team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6+ years in a strategic HR business partner role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proven track record of effectively partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational change and achieve business results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for action. Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals.
