Role Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals in our night shift operations. The role requires strong experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive HRBP strategy aligned with business needs and employee priorities
  • Partner with team leads and business heads for workforce planning and development
  • Address employee relations and manage grievance resolution with empathy and compliance
  • Facilitate performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning
  • Ensure alignment with HR policies, labor laws, and internal compliance standards
  • Create a vibrant employee experience through proactive engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of total experience in HR, with 4+ years in core HR Business Partnering
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor regulations
  • Experience handling night shift employee engagement preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
