Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Service Associate to join our team in the Hyderabad area, who will be responsible for providing quality installations, maintenance, and repairs of plastic injection/extrusion equipment. Breakdowns will require troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components and circuits.

Work You'll Do:

  • Installation of Injection Molding Machine

  • Troubleshoot and repair Plastic Injection Molding Machine.

  • Perform schedule preventative maintenance activities on Machine.

  • Effectively interface with customers for trouble shooting issue of Injection Molding machine.

  • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required spares and services.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

Team:

  • This role will be part of the Aftermarket Service team and report directly to the Associate Leader – Field Service Hyderabad.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachler degree in Plastic technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or other related field/Diploma in engineering.

  • 10+ years of experience working with hydraulics, mechanics, and/or similar skillsets.

  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working with plastic injection equipment or similar types of equipment or machine tool.

  • Mechanical, electrical, Hydraulic skill to trouble shoot machine problems.

  • Ability to read and understand Hydraulic and electrical schematics.
