As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence. With an annual salary of 6,00,000, this full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to excel in a competitive environment. We are looking for candidates with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on sales results to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong marketing operations knowledge and the ability to leverage it for sales success.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
