Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchisee Business Manager based in Raipur. The Franchisee Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing franchise operations, ensuring franchisee compliance with company policies, and providing ongoing support and training to franchisees. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, addressing franchisee queries, developing growth strategies, and assisting in financial planning and reporting. The role requires active collaboration with various departments to ensure the success and profitability of franchises.

Qualifications

  • Experience in franchise management, business operations, and financial planning.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies and training programs.
  • Proficiency in monitoring performance metrics and generating reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
