About the Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will engage in more advanced accounting tasks, contributing significantly to the financial monitoring and reporting processes. Your role is crucial in supporting the team in various accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial data and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.

• Conduct detailed reconciliations of financial data.

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes with greater autonomy.

• Analyze financial trends and variances.

• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Prepare detailed audit documentation and responses.

• Review and process complex invoices and payments.

• Support financial planning and budgeting processes.

• Take part in special projects and initiatives as advised by senior accountants.

Skills:

• Advanced Financial Reporting: Thorough preparation and review of financial statements.

• Data Analysis: Detailed analysis of financial data.

What You'll Need:
Degree in accounting or finance

• Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in primary job family and basic knowledge of related job families

• Has knowledge of best practices and is aware of the competition and market differentiators

• Solves complex problems; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

• Works independently, receives minimal guidance; may lead projects or may have accountability for on-going activities

• Impacts a range of project activities within own team and other related teams; acts as a resource for colleagues

• Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus

• Level at which career may stabilize for many years
