Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and student-focused Course Coordinator / Student Mentor to manage academic activities, support students, and ensure smooth coordination between batches, trainers, and departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily class schedules, batches, and training sessions.
  • Guide and mentor students throughout their course duration.
  • Handle academic queries, doubts, attendance, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain course-related documents, student records, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively between students, trainers, and management.
  • Manage orientation sessions, exams, assessments, and certification processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of syllabus and practical training.
  • Support in planning workshops, seminars, and student activities.
  • Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Any Stream) – B.Tech / B.Sc / Diploma preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Good organizational, documentation, and coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, emails, and basic computer operations.
  • Experience in student handling, counselling, or admin work will be an advantage.
  • Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹26,508.54 per month
