Job Summary

The Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day administrative functions to support the organization's operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, supplies, and equipment. Greet visitors and handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases. Support HR functions, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees. Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and meeting minutes. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events. Assist finance team with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Handle document preparation, data entry, and administrative support for various departments. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and professional. Perform any additional administrative duties as required by management. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
