The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and legal counsel to ensure contracts are executed accurately, compliant with regulations, and aligned with project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a comprehensive database of all subcontractor contracts, ensuring up-to-date details on terms, deadlines, and deliverables.Track contract milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements to ensure timely action.Create clear and concise contract abstracts summarizing key terms, obligations, and potential risks.Distribute abstracts to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.Prepare and execute subcontractor contracts using established templates and guidelines from outside counsel.Ensure all contracts include necessary terms, conditions, and amendments to reflect project-specific needs.Maintain organized and secure records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence.Ensure documentation is readily accessible for audits, compliance checks, and project reviews.Serve as the central point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal teams and subcontractors.Collaborate closely with project managers to align contracts with project scopes and deliverables.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in contract administration, construction project management, or a similar role.Strong understanding of subcontractor agreements, construction contracts, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and practices.Certification in contract management (e.g., Certified Professional Contracts Manager - CPCM).Essential Skills:Attention to Detail: Ensures all contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant.Time Management: Manages multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.Legal and Regulatory Awareness: Understands contractual obligations and industry regulations.Collaboration: Works effectively with legal counsel, subcontractors, and internal teams.
