Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Coimbatore Area for a Talent Acquisition Associate. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate records, coordinating recruitment events, and keeping up-to-date with industry hiring trends.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and strategic Hiring processes
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience in Recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
