Opportunity: AGM - Talent Acquisition Lead (Shared Services)

We are partnering with a prominent organization to find a highly experienced
AGM - Talent Acquisition
to lead their centralized Talent Acquisition (TA) function within their Shared Service Center (SSC) in
Hyderabad
.

This is a senior leadership role focused on driving operational excellence and governance across the entire hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • TA Leadership & Delivery:
    Lead, manage, and oversee all TA activities, ensuring the end-to-end recruitment process adheres to SLAs and performance metrics (TAT, Quality, Compliance).

  • High-Volume & Senior Hiring:
    Own the delivery and closure of open positions, handling hiring for management-level positions (LE to LC).

  • Team Management:
    Supervise and manage a large team of
    18 to 24 members
    , including recruiters and Sector SPOCs. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure 100% team training on TA processes and technology.

  • Process & Technology:
    Drive the development, implementation, and standardization of robust recruitment processes (SOPs, Process Maps) to achieve 100% audit compliance and operational excellence. Ensure the effective use and implementation of the
    SAP SuccessFactors
    platform for all hiring.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Engage with key business leaders (Hiring Managers, Business HR) to understand TA needs, review progress, and manage effective action plans.

  • Governance & Reporting:
    Facilitate TA audits, ensure 100% adherence to SLAs and audit redressal, and prepare detailed MIS/Dashboards for management review. The role handles approximately
