Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecaller located in Quilon. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating sales leads. This role involves maintaining customer relationships, updating customer databases, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties include following up on leads, providing information about our services, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in various tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make outbound calls and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Experience in sales or telemarketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
