We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Telecaller Executive** to join our team at Alpha Heal, a leading skin and hair care clinic. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing clients to provide information about our treatments, schedule appointments, and address customer inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Contact prospective clients from the database to introduce skin and hair treatments, promotions, and offers.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Book and manage appointments for consultations or treatments.
- **Customer Support**: Address inquiries related to services, costs, and procedures.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls for feedback, appointment reminders, and upselling additional services.
- **Data Management**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointments in the clinic database.
- **Upselling Services**: Promote new treatments or offers to enhance clinic revenue.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in [languages relevant to the region, e.g., English, Malayalam, etc.].
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or beauty.
- Basic knowledge of skin and hair care treatments (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- A pleasant and confident telephone manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
