**About the Position**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales and customer service efforts. You will be responsible for attending incoming calls, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting leads into orders. If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for renewable energy, we encourage you to apply

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services.
- Explain our solar energy solutions clearly and persuasively, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or databases.
- A passion for renewable energy and a desire to contribute to a sustainable future.
