Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electric Vehicle Service Technician, located in
New Delhi, Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Orissa.
The Electric Vehicle Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on electric vehicles, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing service support in workshops. Their day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing problems, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, communicating with customers, and ensuring all work complies with company standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
- Experience with Field Service operations
- Good Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and components
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or training in electric vehicle maintenance and repair is a must
