Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their transportation needs and ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Arrange vehicles according to transportation requirements, ensuring the correct type and number of vehicles are available for each job.
  • Communicate directly with drivers, providing instructions regarding routes, schedules, and any necessary updates or changes.
  • Prepare and review all transport-related documents.
  • Address transportation-related inquiries from clients and provide updates on vehicle availability and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure smooth transport operations.
  • Track and monitor the progress of transport assignments to ensure on-time performance.
  • Ensure the proper completion and submission of all required documentation related to vehicle operations.
  • Assist in optimizing transport operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular reports on transportation activities to senior management, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both clients and drivers.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems and processes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transport operations.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
