Job Summary:
As a Back Office Executive, you will play a critical role in the booking and operational aspects of our tour packages. You'll manage end-to-end booking processes, liaise with vendors, coordinate itineraries, and ensure smooth operations for each tour. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a high level of accuracy in data entry and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle tour bookings, including accommodation, transport, and activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors to ensure timely confirmations and updates.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process bookings and manage tour schedules.
  • Update itineraries, prepare tour documents, and communicate details to clients.
  • Resolve booking-related issues and assist in handling customer queries.
  • Monitor tour feedback and address any post-tour operational concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and generate periodic reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in bookings, customer service, or back office operations, ideally in the travel or hospitality industry will have added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills for vendor and customer interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
