About the Role:

We are looking for a growth-focused digital strategist with 3-4 years of experience in performance analytics, content planning, and digital operations across Instagram, websites, and WhatsApp channels. The candidate should have a sharp political acumen, proven experience in team building, and a data-first approach to scaling digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute content strategies across Instagram, WhatsApp, and web platforms with a focus on engagement and growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance using tools like Meta Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Leverage audience insights and lookalike modeling to drive deeper engagement and reach across digital platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of content creators, platform managers, and analysts.
  • Develop periodic performance reports and translate data insights into clear action points for content, audience, and platform strategies.
  • Work closely with creative, copy, and tech teams to ensure aligned execution and timely delivery.
  • Identify and pilot new content formats, engagement techniques, and growth strategies tailored to target audiences.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Growth Manager, Digital Campaign Manager, or Performance Lead in a political consultancy, news/media portal, or similar high-paced environment.
  • Strong grasp of audience segmentation, user behavior, and content lifecycle metrics.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Proven experience in managing digital content pipelines across platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • High adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset.
