Growth Manager – Marketplace

Role Description
We are seeking a high-performing Growth Manager – Marketplace (Amazon Specialist) to lead our next phase of growth on Amazon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end performance across Amazon models including FBA, Easy Ship, Seller Flex, and Vendor Central (VC).
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, operations, and category teams to scale our revenue, optimize listings, enhance visibility, and strengthen our brand presence on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Growth & Strategy
Develop and execute growth strategies to scale brand performance on Amazon India and global marketplaces.
Identify high-potential categories, products, and keywords for growth.
Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.

Amazon Operations Management
Manage and optimize operations across FBA, Easy Ship, Seller Flex, and Vendor Central.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability, forecasting, and smooth fulfillment. Ensure Prime-ready status, fast delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Performance Marketing & Optimization
Plan and execute Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, Coupons, and Deals) campaigns to drive visibility and conversions.
Track ROI, ACoS, TACoS, and continuously optimize ad spends.
Enhance SEO & content optimization of listings — titles, images, A+ content, and brand store.

Analytics & Reporting
Monitor daily sales performance, keyword ranking, and product health metrics.
Prepare growth dashboards and weekly performance reports for leadership.
Use data to drive actionable insights for scaling and profitability.
5.
Relationship Management
Manage relationships with Amazon category managers and account managers.
Participate in Amazon events, promotions, and brand programs (like Brand Registry, Transparency, etc.).
6.
Process Improvement
Identify process gaps and implement automation or workflow improvements for faster execution.
- Collaborate with internal tech and operations teams to enhance efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 4–8 years of experience managing Amazon marketplace for D2C or consumer brands.
Strong expertise in FBA, Easy Ship, Seller Flex, and VC models.
Proven track record of scaling brand sales and visibility on Amazon.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Amazon Ads, and internal dashboards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
